1. Partnership Agreement

By joining Crava as a partner establishment (bakery, cafe, or sweet shop), you agree to these Partner Terms. This agreement governs your use of the Crava platform to list and sell surplus food items.

2. Partner Responsibilities

As a Crava partner, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your business and food items
  • Ensure all listed items meet food safety standards
  • Honor all confirmed reservations
  • Maintain accurate inventory on the platform
  • Provide quality customer service during pickup
  • Comply with all applicable food safety regulations

3. Listing Requirements

All food items listed on Crava must:

  • Be prepared on the day of listing or within acceptable freshness periods
  • Include accurate descriptions and ingredient information
  • Display correct pricing and availability
  • Meet your establishment's quality standards

4. Commission Structure

Crava operates on a commission-based model:

  • Platform commission: 25% of the sale price
  • GST: 18% on the commission amount
  • Payment processing fees may apply
  • Payouts are processed weekly via automated billing

5. Pricing and Discounts

Partners maintain control over pricing. Crava recommends sustainable pricing that:

  • Provides value to customers
  • Helps reduce food waste
  • Generates revenue from surplus items
  • Maintains your brand's premium positioning

6. Brand Integrity

Crava is committed to protecting our partners' elite status by:

  • Curating a premium redistribution environment
  • Featuring partners as sustainability leaders
  • Maintaining high platform standards
  • Providing professional marketing support

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Partners may cancel reservations only in exceptional circumstances. Repeated cancellations may affect your partnership status. Refund policies should be clearly communicated to customers.

8. Data and Analytics

Partners receive access to:

  • Real-time inventory management tools
  • Sales analytics and insights
  • Customer feedback and ratings
  • Performance metrics to optimize listings

9. Marketing and Promotion

Crava provides automated marketing to notify customers when your items become available. You grant Crava permission to use your business name and images for promotional purposes on the platform.

10. Term and Termination

This partnership continues until either party provides written notice of termination. Either party may terminate for breach of these terms. All outstanding payments must be settled upon termination.
